Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high levels of accuracy.
- Effective analytical and summarization skills.
- Fluency in both Mandarin and English (both written and verbal).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
- Knowledge of policies and procedures related to Customer Due Diligence, Responsible Gambling, and AML.
- Prior experience in Gaming, Fraud, AML, or Safer Gambling roles is preferred but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Mandarin-speaking Asian Customer Due Diligence Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

- Conducting due diligence research, adverse checks, and information analysis in accordance with established procedures.
- Creating comprehensive due diligence reports that succinctly outline all relevant information discovered.
- Navigating public databases and internal systems to identify and verify due diligence information.
- Investigating and summarizing customer documentation related to the source of funds and proof of wealth.
- Promptly identifying and escalating high-risk accounts.
- Preparing and conducting customer contacts to obtain further information about their financial circumstances.
- Assisting the Customer Due Diligence department in completing Mandarin translations and other ad-hoc tasks when required.
