Responsibilities:

As a crucial member of their Compliance team, your responsibilities will include:

1. Understanding Regulatory Obligations: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the regulatory requirements in the jurisdictions where Bede operates.

2. Assisting with Regulatory Notifications and Submissions: Play an essential role in handling regulatory notifications and submissions.

3. Managing Compliance-Related Risks: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage compliance-related risks, events, and incidents.

4. Ensuring Regulatory Compliance: Support the Compliance Team in ensuring that Bede and its products adhere to regulations in the operating jurisdictions.

5. Supporting Market Expansion: Assist the Commercial departments in understanding the regulatory requirements of potential new markets.

6. Assessing Control Effectiveness: Conduct assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of Bede's existing controls and contribute to improving the overall control environment.

7. Policy and Procedure Management: Contribute to the creation and updating of compliance policies and procedures.

8. Training and Engagement: Educate Bede colleagues on compliance requirements through training and engagement initiatives.

9. Stakeholder Communication: Foster relationships and maintain regular communication with key internal and external stakeholders.
