Responsibilities:

• Operate various technologies to monitor and review casino activities.
• Archive audio and video evidence and monitor the system for malfunctions.
• Proactively monitor all casino areas and personnel, including Table Games, Casino Cage, Soft Count, Slots, and Poker.
• Identify suspicious activity and deter fraud and theft by promoting accountability with policies and procedures.
• Observe and review video footage to document specific incidents such as guest complaints, procedural errors, risk management issues, player evaluations, theft, and variances.
• Cooperate with the local Gaming Authority and coordinate with or assist other law enforcement agencies as necessary.

Requirements:

• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent educational experience.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Basic math skills without the use of a calculator.
