Role Overview: The Group Manager Play Well Strategy is a pivotal role within the Safer Gambling division at Flutter Entertainment. Reporting to the Group Head of Safer Gambling Strategy, the successful candidate will drive the implementation of the Play Well initiatives across the Flutter family of brands. This role requires a passionate and experienced professional with a strong desire to elevate industry standards in responsible gambling.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Play Well Working Group: Spearhead the working group to share best practices and insights on tailored topics, ensuring consistent progress across the group.
2. Cross-Functional Leadership: Manage global Play Well initiatives, leveraging expertise and resources from various divisions and departments to achieve shared objectives.
3. Documentation and Governance: Develop and maintain comprehensive documents tracking the progress of Play Well initiatives, adhering to Flutter's corporate governance structures.
4. Stakeholder Guidance: Serve as a resource for stakeholders, providing guidance, addressing questions, and sharing insights on Play Well progress.
5. Foster Responsible Gaming Culture: Build relationships and collaborate with diverse teams (e.g., Customer Support, Insights, Marketing, Product) to promote a culture of Responsible Gaming and Play Well internally.
6. Support Sustainability Communications: Partner with sustainability communications teams to design innovative engagement methods for colleagues and stakeholders, highlighting the progress of Play Well programs.
7. Key Moments Collaboration: Work with stakeholders to bring Play Well initiatives to life during key events such as Safer Gambling Week/Month globally.
8. Training and Guidance Modules: Develop and maintain training and guidance modules for group employees and Flutter divisions.
9. Industry Relationships: Build and nurture relationships with industry organizations and external partners to share best practices and enhance Flutter’s reputation, including active participation in conferences and forums.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: 3-5 years of senior-level experience in Safer Gambling/Regulation in Gambling.
• Project Management: Exceptional project management skills with the ability to translate strategy into actionable deliverables.
• Stakeholder Management: Proven experience in managing stakeholders in complex, geographically dispersed organizations.
• Communication Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting in various styles.
• High Energy and Drive: Ability to thrive under pressure and in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strategic and Creative Thinking: Demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively to drive initiatives forward.
