Position Overview:

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Head of Compliance will be at the forefront of shaping and enhancing our Compliance framework. This role is multifaceted and will encompass a broad spectrum of Compliance responsibilities, including but not limited to Due Diligence, Anti-Money Laundering (AML) practices, Safer Gambling initiatives, Licensing compliance, and Fraud Identification.

Key Responsibilities:

As the Head of Compliance, your key responsibilities will include:

1. Comprehensive Compliance Oversight: Reviewing and evaluating our existing Compliance processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing effective solutions to ensure regulatory compliance.

2. Due Diligence: Conducting thorough due diligence checks on customers, partners, and stakeholders to mitigate risks associated with potential illegal activities.

3. AML (Anti-Money Laundering): Developing and maintaining robust AML protocols to detect and prevent money laundering activities within the organization.

4. Safer Gambling: Championing initiatives and policies that promote responsible gambling behavior and ensuring that our customers are protected from harm.

5. Licensing: Managing all aspects of licensing compliance, ensuring that the company operates within the framework set forth by regulatory authorities.

6. Fraud Identification: Implementing advanced fraud detection mechanisms and strategies to safeguard our operations from fraudulent activities.

7. PML Holder (UK): Taking on the role of Personal Management License (PML) holder for the UK, demonstrating the highest level of accountability in compliance matters.

b Overseeing and managing the audit process to ensure transparency and adherence to compliance standards.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you will need:

- A deep understanding of the online gambling industry and the regulatory landscape.
- Proven experience in Compliance management, ideally within the gambling sector.
- Strong knowledge of Due Diligence, AML, Safer Gambling, and Licensing requirements.
