Licensing Specialist

As a Licensing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, facilitating agreements with regulating authorities and third-party providers, and supporting various tasks assigned by top management. Responsibilities:

1. Reviewing Legal and Financial Requirements: You will assist in the review of legal and financial requirements imposed by the regulator for the Licensee. This includes analyzing the regulatory framework and ensuring compliance with the applicable laws and regulations.
2. Reviewing Technical Requirements: You will also be responsible for reviewing technical requirements imposed by the regulator for the Licensee or the product under certification/testing. This involves assessing technical specifications and ensuring adherence to the required standards.
3. Application Preparation: You will assist in the preparation of license applications, including the completion of Due Diligence forms. This requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to compile accurate and comprehensive information.
4. Collecting Documentation: You will gather relevant documentation related to gaming and control system descriptions, network architecture, company IT and IS policies and procedures, and other required materials. This information will be used to demonstrate compliance and facilitate the licensing process.
5. Agreements and Arrangements: As a Licensing Specialist, you will help negotiate agreements and make arrangements with regulating authorities, independent testing laboratories, auditing companies, and third-party providers. This involves effective communication and the ability to build mutually beneficial relationships.
6. Regulatory Reporting: You will contribute to the preparation of various regulatory reports. This requires a thorough understanding of reporting requirements and the ability to analyze and present information accurately.
7. Market Analysis and Business Planning: You will assist in analyzing industry-related markets, writing business plans, and developing financial statements. This involves researching market trends, evaluating competition, and providing valuable insights for strategic decision-making.
8. Task Completion: You will be responsible for completing tasks assigned by top management. This requires strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize effectively, and the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.

Requirements:

1. Work Experience: A minimum of 2 years of work experience in compliance, project management, or an international company is preferred. This experience will provide a strong foundation for understanding regulatory requirements and managing complex tasks.
2. Educational Background: An educational background in legal studies, economics, business, finance, or a related field is desirable. This knowledge will be beneficial in interpreting and applying relevant regulations.
3. Language Skills: Excellent knowledge of English and Russian is required. Knowledge of other foreign languages is advantageous as it enables effective communication with international stakeholders.
4. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills are essential for interpreting complex regulations, conducting market analysis, and preparing financial statements. Attention to detail is crucial to ensure accuracy and compliance.
