NCLGS Summer Meeting 2025

The NCLGS Summer Meeting 2025 will bring together legislators, regulators, and industry stakeholders in Louisville, Kentucky, from 9–12 July 2025 to explore key developments in the ever-evolving gambling landscape. Held at the Hyatt Regency Louisville, the event will address topics such as sports prediction markets, skill games, and other emerging forms of gaming.

Open to the public, the NCLGS Summer Meeting attracts a broad range of attendees — including operators, regulators, suppliers, attorneys, lobbyists, and media — for meaningful discussions on the current and future state of regulated gaming in the United States.

  • Prediction Markets Panel: The Committee on Emerging Forms of Gaming, chaired by NCLGS President Shawn Fluharty, will hold a key session on 10 July at 2:40 p.m., covering regulatory and law enforcement challenges related to sports prediction markets and other novel formats.
