As part of our Operations team, the Responsible Gambling Associate is a crucial role in reporting to the Director of Customer Due Diligence. This position involves reviewing and assessing customer accounts, managing responsible gambling cases, and completing inbound and outbound customer contacts relating to responsible gambling. Additionally, you will identify and act upon concerning activity or behavior and complete responsible gambling risk assessments in line with our policies and procedures. We're seeking someone who has excellent customer service skills, good investigative skills, sound judgment, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
