Responsible Gaming Specialist Job | IGT Indianapolis

Key Responsibilities

Program Management:

• Lead and improve responsible gaming programs under the Hoosier Lottery CSR framework.
• Focus on the World Lottery Association’s responsible gaming certification.

Documentation & Metrics:

• Write and manage certifications.
• Maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the responsible gaming program.

Training & Communication:

• Develop and deliver training for employees and retailer teams.
• Draft the CSR Annual Report and newsletters.
• Create player messaging and campaigns under the Positive Play sub-brand.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Organize and execute meetings (quarterly or bi-annual).
• Communicate updates to stakeholders via newsletters and other channels.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in fields such as public health, CSR, or related disciplines.
• Experience: 5+ years in program/project management, preferably in:
  • Public health education or addiction prevention.
  • Social impact assessments or responsible gaming.
• Skills:
  • Research, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • Business insight, adaptability, and self-leadership.
